I have just bought the imac 5K so Yosemite is up to date I have downloaded the new Java 8, i have just purchased Photoshop CC which incidentally give me the same problem as Photoshop CS4 which I updated thinking this would solve the problem. Along with the fact that it won't open properly on my Wacom screen, when I open image>image size the window opens but there are no details, then when I retry it works? Not very consistent.

Can you give us a few more details on exactly what problem you're seeing?

And what does Java 8 have to do with Photoshop? (Photoshop does not use Java)

I have imac on display 1 and cintiq on display 2. when I choose to open photoshop on display 2 to work on the cintiq with pen it will not open, unless I activate the window > application frame?

(apologies for ignorance about Java 8 it was just one of the things I was requested to update while I was reinstalling programs to new computer, wasn't sure if it had anything to do with PS)

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the updated Wacom driver software which is supposed to work better with Yosemite

That sounds like you may have some of Apple's utilities enabled that force applications to work on a single display.
