In Photoshop CC 2018 there might be a bug.
It isn't possible to change the line spacing with arrow keys after transform a text object. The values changes are crazy.

Agreed.  If you try to click/drag the values, they only go up (never down), and if you attempt to type the value in directly, it inserts  "1.(something) pt" in front of it, so it reads like "1.(something)50" – so when you hit enter, Photoshop says "An integer is required."

I found that if I click inside the line spacing and just hit backspace, the number seems to go up by an increasing amount, so I essentially clicked, deleted what was there, and then hit backspace until the number reached an approximation of what I wanted.

I apologize for not being more exact in my values, but I just spent 15 mins trying to adjust the line spacing on some text and I don't want to go back in and do it again. :)

This should be resolved in the 19.0.1 update released last night. Please update Photoshop using the Creative Cloud desktop app, and let us know how it goes!
