PHOTOSHOP - Can I scale the UI and Font Menus In Creative Cloud - I need a definitive answer

Can I scale the font size and icon size in Creative Cloud? I am not finding any definitive answer and the size is currently unusable for my eyes and screen. CAN I MANUALLY CONTROL THE SIZE? I don't want the application determining the scale based on my monitor resolution-- I want to choose what looks best for these 45 year old eyes that have to look at it all day. THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER-- I am still clinging to CS4 since the UI is larger.

Photoshop CC 2014 offers 200% UI Scaling on Windows. We are still working with Microsoft to address the OS issues needed to allow more flexible UI Scaling on Windows.
You can choose to enable that scaling or not, but you cannot specify an arbitrary scaling factor at this time.

Why does every other program I have on my laptop (3200x1800 display) figure it out and display properly, except for Creative Cloud? I found the "experimental" fix in Photoshop, but it's pretty inconvenient to have to use the system magnifier for just this one app.

HI-- thanks for the reply. I am on a mac (like the majority of your users). So the windows scaling is of no help. 200% scaling is too large-- you need a 150% option. Hope you fix this. I will stick with CS4 and save my money for when you get the software working. Hundreds of people on this forum have same complaint-- seems like an easy fix.

On MacOS the scaling is automatically controlled by the OS and the display density. You can use the OS controls to override the scale if you wish. And that has been available since Photoshop CS6.
