Camera RAW Filter/Option to Remove Stripes from Flickering Light.

Modern mirrorless cameras like the Sony Alpha 7sII provide a silent shutter function which is great to silently shoot fotos at events. But some light sources, especially dimmed LED lights, create visible stripes on the photo. This is caused, because not all lines can be read out at the exact same time.

Here an extreme example. It is a 100% area from a white wall, directly lit by a dimmed LED lamp:

The stripes are clearly visible, and they are very repetitive. I think it should be possible to add a filter option to remove this kind of unwanted effect.

Should work like this: The user selects a rectangle which should be a uniform area, but contains the stripes. The algorithm can read the stripe pattern from this area and detects the read out speed for the sensor from the pattern. In a second step the pattern is removed from all affected areas.
