Because of some issue I have installed my Photoshop in seperate drive other than C. Now, I downloaded Camera Raw Filter 9.8 from Adobe site. Now when I am installing it, without asking it is installing in Drive C and as there is no photoshop there, it reports an error. Is there a way I could redirect it to the drive where I have photoshop or is there any other way to install a Raw Plugin in my phtoshop?

You should be updating the Photoshop Camera Raw plugin via the Creative Cloud App. It knows where your components are installed and should install updates to the correct location.  Is this issue occurring in the Creative Cloud App or are you trying to update it with a downloaded file manually?

I'm having a similar issue. I have Photoshop CS6 installed in the default location on Drive C. (C\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS6\ )  I've tried numerous times to get that Creative Cloud updater, (IMHO, a piece of junk), to install Camera Raw.  Bupkis!  When I look in the \Plug-ins folder, it's empty.

Is there no way to install it manually?
Thanks...

Adobe Camera Raw 9.1.1 is the last version that works with Photoshop CS6.
