Camera Raw 12.3 Is a major DOWNgrade!

I used it very briefly, and have now gone back to the previous version.  Problems I noted suring my very brief use:

The whole UI is totally mangled, requiring complete relearning.  Tools I use a lot seem to be missing important parts, like controlling sharpening radius, separate control of overall sharpening and detail, masking flat areas in sharpening, easy horizon leveling, control of shape and fading of added vignetting, cropping in a usable style.  Those are just what I noticed in a very brief use for 2 images, muttering the whole time, before I found the download to revert to 12.2.1.  It requires more fiddling to select tools than the previous version.  I'm sure if I had persisted I would have found many more new limitations and omissions.

What on Earth were you thinking, Adobe?  This looks more primitive than I can recall, and I've been a Photoshop user for about 25 years.   The primitiveness of it reminds me of maybe about the version current in 2000?  It has gone from something so sophisticated I often didn't need to actually get into Photoshop, back to a hideously primitive prefilter.

I like the way the crop tool works, I hate the the Contrast slide blends in with exposure and highlight and shadow etc. tools. I will also try to revert back to the older version.

I am still waiting for adobe...or someone...to tell me how to enlarge the font in the new RAW w/o having to mess up the entire system settings for my computer...windows 10. It is impossible to read.

They won't tell you. They are a faceless marxist entity.

In Photoshop, you can currently set Camera Raw to either display as 100% or 200% by going to Preferences > Interface... and set UI Scaling to 200%. In a future update, it will follow the scaling you have set in Windows 10.

It's a DISASTER for creative users. Adobe simply shrug their shoulders and say "so what"....

This is absolutely the worst hipster version ever - there is not even support for my mostly used canon 16-35 lens, it was previously there. all tools are hiding somewhere, impossible to work with. fix this Adobe, camera Raw is rendered useless now, everything taking longer than i have time for, what a downgrade
