Hi Jeffrey,
I will give 10.1 a go for sure... HOWEVER I had all sorts of freezes with 10.0 and had to get some adobe guy in India get me to download and install 9.12 - and no problems since.

MacPro 10.12.6 - PS CC 2018 - Bridge 2017 (I need web galleries )

So... is there some way to "manually" install ARC 10.1 and also keep (store) ARC 9.12 in case I have similar issues?

Hi, after upgrading to camera raw 10.1 via CC Phostoshop display error: Could not complete your request because the file was not found. Also you can't open any JPEG file.

Installing old  version allow to temporary resolve issue.

will this work with on-premise Lightroom 5.7.1 or is it only for the CC edition?

Hi guys. Sorry for the delayed response here - I was out of the office.

@Peter - If 10.1 doesn't work, you can always revert to 9.12.1, which is posted here: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

@pjaniszewski - ACR 10.x requires OS X 10.11 and up, and I think your issues are related to the fact that you are still on 10.10.5. See here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/system-requirements.html

@Amin - No, this won't update Lr 5.7.1. ACR updates can't be used to update Lightroom. Lightroom does their own updates with updated ACR libraries. Lr 5.7.1 was the final update to Lightroom 5.

Hope that helps and Happy New Year!

Looks like the forum clobbered the link. Here it is again:

Hi Jeffrey,
Got it now - thank you!
I'll install 10.1 over the weekend and let you know how I get on, now that I have my "fall back" downloaded!
Many thanks
Peter

@Jeffrey, yes I know but the problem was that I got it with Creative Cloud regular update.

Hi Jeffrey,
ACR 10.1 installed since the weekend and several large jobs now completed - all working correctly and no freezes or crashes.
The working combination is ACR 10.1 - Bridge 2017 - PS CC 2018
(I continue to work with Bridge 2017 as I need to be able to make simple html web galleries to allow clients to view images.)
If you have any influence in the "Bridge" department please find us a solution for this!
Many thanks for your help with ACR
Peter

Hi Peter - on the ACR front, good to hear!

On the Bridge side, unfortunately I don't. I'm sorry for any inconvenience with that.

I know it's not the same thing, but is there an updated DNG Profile Editor available?  The current download doesn't allow me to change color matrices without turning my image neon orange (with a +1 adjustment in any color).  I'm using it for a 5d Mark iv camera, if that matters.  Something just isn't right.

Hi Laura. Short answer - no. But, if you think you are hitting a bug, please post detailed steps and perhaps a sample file showing the issue and we can investigate on our side. Thanks!
