Camera Matching profiles are available on both the desktop (v3.2) and iPhone (v5.2.0 81E51D); however, they are not syncing to LR Mobile (v5.2.0 81E51D) on my iPad.

Same issue on iPad:

By the way, can a mod change the image size limit on this forum? It doesn’t support iPad screenshots :/

@Ralph - does this happen on raw files ingested into the cloud or is this only applying to Smart Previews syncing from Lightroom Classic?

I’ve seen it only on smart previews yet.

@Rikk - I uninstalled LR from my iPad, rebooted and reinstalled LR, and now the Camera Matching profiles are there!

@Antoine - Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling LR Mobile? That worked for me.

Not yet. I want this to be qualified as a bug (acknowledged) and not as “not a problem”. Imagine being in the field and having such an issue? “Just reinstalling” is often not possible and is not a reason for Adobe not to take this (or any other bug) seriously. Who knows what’s behind?

Antoine, that won't be happening on this thread.

If you can give me new steps that are reproducible on my end, I would be happy to write a bug for this.

As the original poster has installed 5.2.1 (as part of a reinstallation) and no longer has the issue and I cannot reproduce his issue, this thread is closed. You are welcome to create a new thread and provide the steps to reproduce on your iPad. However, if we still cannot reproduce on our end, we can't very well acknowledge a bug exists. The developers tend to frown at me when I write up issues that can't be reproduced.
