Hi Neal

Are you able to sign into your account directly using a web browser, at www.photoshop.com -- do you see your Elements 9 synced images in My Library online (if you ever previously did a sync/backup)?

How much available space do you have in your online account? You can tell by signing in at www.photoshop.com, and clicking your name towards the top, "Welcome, Neal"

The uploading of files to Photoshop.com, the Sync/Backup process, is not handled by the Elements Organizer itself. This is handled by a background process (ElementsOrganizerSyncAgent.exe), so the upload can continue even when the Organizer is closed. So it should not cause the Organizer to freeze.

At what point exactly does the freeze occur? Would you be able to post a screen shot?

I have unintalled Elements 9 at least 5 times. I turned off the Norton firewall during the last unintall. I am not have any problems with the program "not responding" at this time. I did buy more storage and have plenty of space. Currently I am having a problem sending photo with e-mail attachments. I get to the screen showing the message and the photos and when I click on "send", I get an audible ding. and it does not get sent

You should start a new topic. This post is not about sending photos via email, it is about uploading photos to the Photoshop.com website. Are you using the Adobe Email service or an email client like Windows Live Mail or Outlook. If you are using a client and you see the message window, Photoshop Elements is no longer involved in the process, that is just your email client at work now. The reason it is not sending would not have anything to do with Photoshop Elements.
