Can someone tell me for sure how a person can download and save images from a shared album they received? I read numerous post with different answers but none of them seem to work. I’ve checked all the right boxes to allow a recipient to download and save the images however no one has been able to accomplish that task.

One poster said:

"Double click on the photo that you wish to save. A new screen will appear. At the bottom of the photo on the left hand side, 2 icons are displayed. The first icon is for downloading, and the other icon is for printing. Click on the appropriate icon to download or print the photo.)

Absolutely nothing happens when you double click the image you want to download and save and if you double right click the image you get a box with 4 options
· Print
· Settings
· Global Settings
· Adobe Flash Player

"Move your cursor up to the upper right hand corner of the slideshow
- You should see a blue box with a white "X" in it. Click It
- You should then see the Gallery view of the photos
- Select the photo that you want to download
- If the user has enabled downloading, you should see an icon under the photo.
- Click it to download"

When you follow the above directions you either close the Tab you opened to View the Slideshow or you are redirected to the Home page where you have no place to go unless you have the owner's Login information.

This has been very frustrating to the recipients of the link I sent to view my album and I would like to resolve this issue if possible

If you would like people to be able to download images share the album as a 'webpage' instead as a 'slideshow'. On the album sharing dialog below see the option to share as a 'Webpage'

Hope this helps.
