installed and uninstalled several times....

First, try closing out of Photoshop and then signing out and signing back into the Creative Cloud Desktop app to see if that clears the problem.

Next, try renaming SLCache to SLCache_old from these locations:

Windows 64: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
Windows 32: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe
Mac: /Library/Application Support/Adobe

And then, again, close all Adobe apps and log out of and back into the Creative Cloud application.

If that doesn't solve things for you, please let me know.

Did you do ALL the steps, in the order listed?

Close Photoshop
Log out of Creative Cloud
Rename the SLCache file
Log back into Creative Cloud
Relaunch Photoshop

Yes my friend did all the steps and this error happened 16........

I'm not sure what to suggest then.

You could try uninstalling Photoshop entirely, then performing all those steps, then reinstalling Photoshop. That might work.

It is hard my friend, did not work .... I do not know what to do ..... I just signed a DC pack and I can not use it!
