Buying Photoshop Elements link not working

Hi.

Coming from the french Elements page https://www.adobe.com/fr/products/photoshop-elements.html
if I click on any buy or upgrade links, that lead me there :
https://commerce.adobe.com/anyware/checkout/?clientId=adobe_com&countryCode=FR&languageCode=...
I get the following error :
Malheureusement, une erreur système s’est produite.
Pour passer commande et finaliser votre achat immédiatement, veuillez appeler le service commercial Adobe au 0805 770077.
I know it's not a product related question, but since customers can't buy the product...

That link works for me.
If I am already connected to Adobe forums, I am even greeted by my name...
If I sign out, I get a generic dialog as expected. I had to download a trial version a few weeks ago on the same French site and it worked.

Your error message in French can be translated in English as:   
"Unfortunately, a system error occurred. To order and finalize
your purchase immediately, please call the Adobe sales
department at 0805 770077".   

Did you call that number?

Thank you Steve. I don't really plan on buying PSE, but was trying to solve other users issues, so I won't do further investigation. Wanting to be sure you know that problem.
