The Dissolve filter needs an editable anti-aliasing control! Then it would be truly useful!

A mesh/warp control for drop shadows would be über-Kool as well.

The dissolve filter? Photoshop doesn't have a dissolve filter.
Are you talking about the Dissolve blend mode? That works per-pixel and can't easily have antialiasing.

And drop shadows are supposed to match the item the shadow falls from. You can always convert the layer style to separate layers, then warp the shadow.

Sorry--dissolve blend mode. Nothing is easy! I know about the shadow thing. I do it all the time. It would just be a cool thing to be able to warp a filtered shadow is all I'm saying. Something for the engineers to tinker with...
