Photoshop: Built-in video player for watching tutorials

as i'm learning to use Photoshop I constantly watch youtube tutorial videos. Thus I need to switch back and forth between two tabs.

I was able to place video (youtube player) screen always on top of my photoshop window. In this way I was able to speed up learning progress vastly. Its much smoother.

So I was thinking why photoshop haven't built in video window option by themselves? Open video screen - resize it for your comfort - paste youtube video link - and learn. Tick "always on top".

I would like to add this idea.
When I don't want to share my team technical videos, it would be great to have CC cloud shared (only by invitation) videos.
This would allow us to share our inner company tutorials only to our team on the C Cloud
