Photoshop CC: Lots of problems in MacOS 10.9

Hello, I signed up for the Photoshop CC trial version using Adobe Cloud. I use a Mac (Version 10.9) and I've gotta say, not looking too good with the bugging. After downloading it, the first thing I noticed was the long time I had to wait to boot it up, even after opening the program several times. The first few times it would become unresponsive and would need to be force-quit. The second problem I ran into (a huge one at that) is that when trying to open a new file it immediately becomes unresponsive. The only way I've been able to use the program is by opening a different file, changing the canvas size, deleting whatever was there, and then treating it as a "new canvas." Along with this, often the undo shortcut does not work and I must make a scribble on the canvas before being able to undo it, after undoing what I just scribbled on there of course. All and all it's been annoying to say the least.

A couple of those sound like known bugs in MacOS 10.9. Do make sure you have the latest Photoshop and MacOS updates installed.

See this topic for a plugin that works around a couple of the known MacOS bugs: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh...

If you have Adobe Drive installed, you probably want to disable it - it does slow down many file operations due to another MacOS bug which we are still working with Apple to get fixed.
