I've found a bug with Lightroom 4.2 / 4.3 / 4.4 RC1

My overclocked Intel i7 3820 (running at 4.7 GHz) is being detected by Lightroom as running at 0.2 GHz.

This causes the develop module to use a pixelated preview when dragging adjustment sliders (the sharp image returns after 1-2 seconds or when the mouse is moved over the image). I'm using RAW files from a 5D Mark III.

I de-activated the overclocking and Lightroom correctly detected my CPU at 3.6 GHz. And more importantly the pixelated image disappeared!
