To reproduce the bug:
- Add a first graduated filter to a photo and change its value (don't set it to 0)
- Add a new graduated filter to the same photo and change its value (don't set it to 0)
- Close the graudate filter panel
- Open the graduated filter panel again and click on one of the two pins: The displayed value is 0. If you click on the second one, the displayed value is the right one. If you click again on the first one, the displayed value is the expected one.

Works correctly on 3.5, WinXP 32 Bit. Seems to be a 64 bit or Windows 7 specific issue then?

I cannot reproduce the problem on Win7 64 bit running LR3.5, also 64 bit. Works just fine.
