AOK creating an 82page book :-).. call it Book1
AOK *duplicating* the SavedBook.. call it Book1b
AOK selectting (1click) Book1b and be in the BookModule.
---- here comes NoJoys -----

If I now select a Collection of images (or anything not in Book1b),
then my Book1b disappears from BookModule and a newBook autoFilled from the newly selected collection is presented.

So it seems Impossible to Add New Pages to an existingly-saved Book :-(

Ditto. Same problem here. DO NOT "Create Saved Book" and select "Include Photos" because it will ONLY save the photos that you have, so far, included in the book. Once it's saved, I can find no way to add the remaining photos in the collection back into the book selection filmstrip. Very frustrating.

I can't save new pages in Lr 5.3. I can add pages to my 23 page Blurb book, but once do anything: switch to another collection, exit Lr and re-open the catalog, go back to the Library module. It always truncate back down to 23 pages. I think it might be due to the Duplicate Book command. I didn't have this problem until after i started using DB to create backup versions of the book. The page counter gets confused to after the truncation. It thinks there're still additional pages after page 23, since the right arrow/page button is not grayed out. But when you push it, nothing happens.

I'd really appreciate a work around, since I'd like to export this book to Blurb and print it. Thanks.

Thank you for reporting this.

A saved book is actually a collection. If you want to place a photo that not in that book, you need to add the photo to the book collection firstly.

Please let me know if you still have concern.
