Lightroom: Bug in rearranging photos in online published collections

This happens when you are publishing a collection online and then add to the collection later.

Assume you have a collection of 10 photos online.
Add 15 new photos to the collection.
In grid view, you want to now move photo #6 to location #3 (relative to the newly added photos).
Lightroom visually allows this, however, what happens is the selected photo moves to absolute location #3 in the strip view (highlighted there) and relative location #1 in the grid view of unpublished photos, but in grid view, a different photo is now highlighted.
If you move grid-relative #6 (#16 overall) to relative #14, the photo now moves to absolute #14 (strip view) and relative #4 in the unpublished grid.

Obviously, this is incredibly confusing and requires navigating through the strip view to move photos around, which is quite frustrating.
