I have a problem in the Lightroom Print Module. When you make a 4x6 template in the Print Module, and then add a 4x6 cell to it, the cell does not fill the template. There is a teeny thin white line at the bottom of the template. Big problem. If I were printing the photo, I might not care about the discrepancy, but I am using the templates for online use (blogs, social media), so having a thin white line looks really bad when the background online is not white.
Even still, this is a bug that you should want to fix because it is not working right. The 4x6 cell is not being allowed to stretch truly to 4x6.

I'm not seeing this happen with LR 5.6 on Win 8.1 with a 1680x1050 monitor size.

I have tried creating a Picture Package, a Custom Package and using the normal Single-Image / Contact Sheet option and if I set JPEG for my output, and Custom File Dimensions of 4.00 x 6.00 and a cell size of the same size with 0 margins then I don't get a white-line on the file when I print it, nor do I see a white line on the screen as I'm previewing the picture in the layout--so not like what you show.

My current printer is set as a LaserJet with 8.5 x 11 inch paper so I have to set the Custom File Dimensions with JPEG output set to make it smaller than the paper. If you are using a printer that has 4x6 paper layout in the printer drive maybe it is slightly off and you need to set Custom File Dimensions to override what the printer paper dimensions are.

Can we see screenshots of your Print Job and Cells or Layout options?

Okay, well...that took awhile to update!
Anyway, same thing is happening. However, I was prepping to make more screen shots, and happened to get my filmstrip out of the way...which made the view area bigger, and the thin white line went away.
I "Printed to file" and laid it on a black background, and the white line was not there.

SO, it seems to be a VIEW problem,

Nice that it isn't a real issue...BUT...since I sell my templates...if people see the white line when loading the template, they are going to think something is wrong. Why would the VIEW be off?

There is a rounding error in the pixel dimensions for various screen elements at your monitor's resolution. It may be a LR thing or it may be even a video-driver thing. I guess don't worry about it. It wasn't happening to me, so maybe not that many people will see it. You might tell us what video card and video-driver version you have in case that makes some difference or allows some workaround if it becomes a common problem.

You can send me this template in a private message and I can see if it does the same thing for me or not, to have some comfort level if it's something everyone will see with your templates or not.

What is your monitor resolution?
