Bug when exporting layers to files with locked layers or groups in the file.

I wanted to quickly export 18 layers that could be used in another program as frames, so I created the animation as I wanted it, flattened the frames into layers, grouped up all the old layers, turned off visibility, and locked the group. I then went to Export -> Layers to Files... -> and selected "visible layers only". Unfortunately, due to the group being locked, I was spammed with this prompt, to which I had to rapidly press the Enter key for about a minute as it "unpacked" all the layers I hid in the group for each frame, until all 18 frames were properly exported.

This isn't something I need resolving for myself, but rather a bug that you might want to look at at some point if you can! I have included the file itself, below. I'm using Photoshop CC on an Early-2015 MacBook Pro running MacOS Sierra 10.12.3.
