There is a problem with Catalina OS and Photoshop. Please see this link for details:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop/printing-problem-dark-blue-quot-bleeds-quot-in-just-a-porti...
In summary there is a color shift and "bleeding" of colors seen after an upgrade to the Catalina OS.
I hope that his bug can be fixed soon.

Jim-
Have you tried upgrading the printer driver and/or deleting and adding the printer in system Prefs? I haven't tested extensively against 10.15 yet but I haven't seen any color issues. One thing I did notice when installing the printer, Apple popped a dialog suggesting that I use Airprint instead of the print driver. I tried printing with Airprint and the colors were way off, so that might be what you're seeing.

Tom,
I did delete and reinstall the printer with an updated driver which solve the issue. I did not get the Airprint dialog pop up.

Since my workaround (save to Creative Cloud and print from an MacBook Air running Sierra) is easy and still working, I will stand back and let the real IT people work on it.
