When selecting 1 photo in grid, it sometime selects 2 and mark them as select and candidate. When pressing the X, you mark both for delete. Same in Develop module, it automatic selects 2th pic. from filmstrip.

Ole,
Could you please let us know the operating system you use?
You mentioned that it happens "sometimes." Are you able to identify any specific steps that can reproduce this issue?

Thanks,
Sunil

I use Mac El Capitain.

Instead of "sometime" I ment "often".

It sounds like you are in Compare mode. Hit the [ G ] key to go to Grid view. If that doesn't clear it, try:

Hitting the [ G ] key to go to Grid and then the [ C ] key to go to compare and then the [ G ] key again. does that clear it?

Let's reset your preferences: Close Lightroom. Hold down [Alt/Opt]+[Shift] and relaunch Lightroom. Overwrite the preferences when prompted.

Does the problem persist after doing this?

I've experience this intermittently as well.
Good to know the keyboard + relaunch sequence.
