Seeing red cross-hatching in latest Photoshop CC

Image covered by red cross-hatching, almost pixel-sized. Cross-hatching disappears when an image layer is turned off then turned back on. This happens repeatedly, every minute or so.

What OS version are you using?
Have you tried disabling GPU drawing in Photoshop, then relaunching Photoshop?

Thanks for your reply, Chris. I am using Win 7. No, I have not tried to disable GPU drawing in Photoshop. Is that an option in Preferences or Setup?  Doug

That is an option in Photoshop's preferences.
But you should also update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website to pick up all their latest bugfixes.
