BUG: Canvas Size and Image Size give unexpected results in documents with an Artboard.

I have heard that this is not a problem on Windows 10. I am using Photoshop version 21.0.2, but I'm on a Mac running 10.13.6.

REPRO:

Create a new document: 1600x900 RGB with a single artboard.

Change the Image Size to 2400x1350 (a proportional size)

Change the Canvas Size to 2400x1600.

Use Command+Shift+Option+S to open the "Save for Web" dialog.

RESULT:

Photoshop now thinks the Image Size is 2400x1706. The "Save for Web" dialog is not aware of the artboard, so you can't export the proper image this way.

It shouldn't be possible to mess things up like this. When a document has only one artboard, changing the Image Size and Canvas Size should change the Artboard size just as if there is no Artboard.

When a document has more than one Artboard, the menu items that don't logically apply should be greyed out. It doesn't make sense to allow changing the Canvas Size if it will mess things up.

Save for Web does not support Artboards. Artboards should be exported via Export As.
