When setting properties for Brush Presets, if you select "Dual Brush" from menu and try to set the Size property either by typing in or by moving the slider control, you get an error:

"Could not complete request because of a program error".

No further information is given.

Yes, it's a known problem, and a solution is being tested. Previously, that would have crashed, and we solved the crash, but it took a while longer to track down exactly how bad data got there in the first place.

IIRC you can work around this by first selecting a dual brush tip (note that none is selected in your screen shot), then changing the parameters.

I have created a Custom Brush Preset and I am trying to change its properties in the screenshot.

Yes, and did you try what I suggested?

I selected the "Flat Angle Right Hand Pose" brush. Directly if I try the Size setting, I get the same error. But if I go into Textures and with Natural Textures loaded, if I select something (say the leaves -- number #74), And then come back to the Size property, there is no error.

So does the Dual Brush size work only when a multi-point / complex texture is loaded?

OK, so selecting a dual brush tip first avoids the problem. The dual brush size only works when you actually have a dual brush tip selected, as you have seen.

Yes. But probably having the Dual Brush tab was disabled or something until a dual brush is selected might be a simple workaround for the issue.
