Bug: Bridge to Photoshop - files are disappearing when opened from PSRaw and Photoshop window is left, must be reopened from bridge

I've been experiencing a bug in my Bridge to PSRaw to Photoshop editing work flow.

Prior to the most recent update I would open a file in Bridge, make minor exposure modifications in Photoshop Raw and then open Photoshop to work on more layer oriented edits. If I left Photoshop to say open an email, my production file would remain open in Photoshop.

But since the last update, when I return to Photoshop my file is gone. It doesnt even appear when I long click to select "Show all windows".

However, if I find the file in Bridge and reopen it in PSRaw, the file will reappear in Photoshop, with layers in tact, underneath the PSRaw popover window. If I hit cancel on the PSRaw window my Photoshop file is accessible.

So.. the file is still there open. On the upside, I haven't lost my unsaved edits. But presumably this is still using memory. And I can't get to it without digging it up again in bridge, which is a massive time suck, especially when compositing stacks of images that may not be in the same folder or next to each other in progression.

Side note.. would it kill you guys to add or at least make easier to find and update log? I love that CC is adding new features. But for those of us who use this software for a living and face time crunches from time to time, it would be great to know where you moved everything to.

Alternatively, add a roll back UI. Something where we can get the current project wrapped before being forced to spend the time to learn where everything we need to use got moved to. A feature accessible from the "Window" menu that lets folks temporarily use the preupdate build.

Sorry I can't help you with this JB... but as I have posted here and on other Adobe forums, it is a real pity that Adobe doesn't seem to test with real working professionals who use ACR, Bridge, and Photoshop, all day every day and earn their living solely from this work - Please Adobe!

Hi J.B.

I haven't seen this bug yet in Bridge, would you be able to record a video of the workflow you're seeing with the images disappearing after switching applications?
Which MacOS are you using?
Which version of Photoshop are you using as well?

Regarding feature changes, here are some documents that should help and are frequently updated:

Sorry, Pete. I would have plenty of time to do a video today but I blew any free moments I had QC your software and trying to find out where you moved all my tools to.

I'm on OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and Photoshop CC
