Photoshop: Adjustment Layer clipped to hidden layer affects first visible layer below, but only on export

There seems to be a bug in current photoshop under a specific condition with adjustment layers.  The result is the exported image being different than what is shown on screen (including in export preview).

I have several adjustment layers pinned to an art layer above a group.  The art layer is currently hidden, and the adjustment layers auto-hide.  The image appears correct on screen with those adjustments not occurring to anything.  When exporting, the adjustment layer will ignore the hidden layer and affect the grouped layers, and the export preview will show the effect.  This only occurs with a group, however, as individual layers export correctly.

Update: It looks like it will affect the first non-hidden layer when you export, not just groups.
