Photoshop: Brushstroke smoothing has no minimum speed

I think the new Photoshop brush smoothing feature needs improvements. It has no minimum speed, so the slower you move the slower the brush moves, almost endlessly. The whole purpose with the smoothing stroke feature should be that it lags behind whatever is necessary to make the stroke smooth, not always stay behind. It should have a maximum and minimum speed. Please check Lazy Nezumi if you are unsure of what I mean, which works properly on this. In any other way the tool works nice, in fact more accurate than the lazy nezumi plugin, but because of this small problem, its impossible to draw out the ends of a stroke properly. I really hope you can finetune this.
Please check this video that shows what I mean.

Since 19.1 has been released with a lot of great fixes, I was hoping this would be considered for a future update too. The smoothing tool works, but I think it would be improved if the strokes would catch up in the end of the stroke without always staying behind no matter how slow you move the cursor.
