Lightroom:Brush sync problems in LR 4.1 RC.

Hello, I think there is a bug/problem with this release and brush synchronization. I have two images, a DNG and a PSD. The PSD is the DNG exported and later edited with a plugin.
I made a last modification with the brush into the DNG image to change the temperature, and synched this brush with the PSD image (that has exactly the same resolution). I synched only the brush. In the PSD image, there is a brush, but it's located in a totally different place and have a different shape. No problem with graduated filters.
It semms that the brush area synched is the same, but like if it were mirrored left/rigth and up/down.
Also automatic sync doesn't work for brushes, only manual sync.
If I sync the DNG with a virtual copy there is no problem and the brushes sync OK.
If I export the DNG as a JPEG and sync brushes same problem happens.

Using PV2012.

Obviously, the same happens with no related images.
One more finding: if I sync two DNG or two JPEG images it works, the problem is sync brushes between DNG and not DNG images.

Obviously it's a big problem only if you need to sync brushes.

Regards,
Javier.

Confirmed on 4.1RC and 3.6, WIn7 x64.
The brush stroke is being rotated 90o clockwise.

I had the same problem even with LR 3.6 (Win 7 x64).
I made the brush modifications in a tif-file and wanted to sync it to a nef-file (exactly the same dimensions). It did not work. The brush strokes were rotated by 90 degree.
