In Photoshop CS 4 and 5 there is an issue with using photoshop in concert with Wacom cintiq 21ux.
When using the stylus, brush strokes will randomly spike off the page to the left or right. I consider this a bug for photoshop because this issue does not occur in other art softwares and has been reproducable for me on 2 different computers with 2 different wacom cintiq 21ux's.

Always means a problem with the mouse/tablet driver or some other software causing problems with mouse/tablet events.

Update the wacom driver (and follow the instructions carefully). If that doesn't solve it, contact Wacom.

Erin, What version of the Wacom driver are you using?

Clicking the 'Remove' button in the Wacom Tablet Preferences File Utility and then reentering my preferences one by one did the trick! The other stuff did not work(drivers, windows settings etc). This seems to be the solution for now(only time will tell..even though I just drew hundreds of lines without having the problem to test this)

This solution works, at least for me
