Photoshop: Specify brush rotation dynamic increment in degrees

I'd like to have a setting for the brush engine that allowed rotation, clockwise or counter clockwise, by degrees of the brush. It would also be useful to include a 'start at _______ degrees'

I used a clock face for a brush and you can see that the rotation setting appears random. Allowing 'degree rotation' or 'incremental rotation' would allow creation of some useful brush effects.

Which product are you referring to? Photoshop already has brush rotation by degrees.

I'm using CS5 and I am not talking about the fixed rotation setting under 'Brush Tip Shape' but rather a dynamic setting under 'Shape Dynamics.'

I used this clock face as a brush. If you go to shape dynamics and set Angle to Rotation you can see that the rotation (or 'jitter'?) is random. Clockwise, counter clockwise, varying degrees of rotation each time. The ability to rotate in one direction, by a number of degrees would allow you to for example put a different blade of grass at each 45 degree angle and then, set fixed rotation by that amount to paint with 8 different grass blades in that one brush.

Example

If you set the brush to rotate by 90 degrees in this example, maybe a jitter of a few degrees, then you can paint 4 different plants with the same brush.

I actually wasn't thinking of this usage as much but it serves as a simple example of the possiblities. I have some more complex uses in mind if this was possible.

OK, that helps clarify the request.

Looking at this I guess it should have been classified under 'Ideas' rather than 'Questions.' If it makes a difference maybe you can transfer it to that category?
