PHOTOSHOP: Brush cursor opposite of Preference setting (CAPS LOCK)

There is a core Photoshop bug where the active brush cursor changes from Normal Brush Tip to Precise (or the other way) randomly, so the cursor is opposite the setting in Preferences.

Going into Preferences and changing it will reverse the active cursor (so, again, it is opposite the setting, but back to the one you want.)

The cursor will change back at random, sometimes triggered by closing the active document and opening a new one.

I say its a core bug because I've used Photoshop since version 2.5 (owned PS3, PS4, PS7, CS, CS3, and CC) and I've seen it on both Mac and Windows with numerous versions for years. I currently use Win7/CC at work and OS X 10.9/CC at home and it happens on both.

Don't forget that your CAPS LOCK key enables the precise cursor, and the normal cursor while you have the precise cursor enabled (i.e.: it reverses the setting).

And nobody else has reported a problem with the cursors.
