Brush effected by Guide lines. Exacerbated when using a tablet or fine marks.

User observed when digital painting with a film safe guide when ever the brush tool would pass over the guide line it would jitter making a normal line have a kink where the line went over. This can be noticeable with a Wacom Cintiq when drawing fine lines. This was observed in CC 2015 Photoshop

1) Have a Document open (used Film & Video with the HDTV 1080p size)
2) Pick a hard brush with a size of 6
3) Draw a line as best as possible over the guide line
4) Note the line will jitter as it passes over the guide.

Sounds like you have "snap to guides" turned on, and want it turned off.

If you want to temporarily disable snap, hold down the [control] key after you click to start painting.
