I am running Photoshop CC (2014) on a Retina 5K iMac with an AMD Radeon R9 M295X 4096Mb video card. Everything is fine, bar one showstopper, which is that the brush cursor does not show up all of the time. If I view an image at 100% or larger (very easy to do on this screen), then the brush cursor vanishes. When this happens, I can make the cursor reappear by reducing the size of the brush to 50 or less, but it is a pain editing images!

Can you save a copy of your current preferences, then try restoring your prefs?
http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/201... If that fixes, I'd like to get a copy of your old prefs.

Sounds like one of the known video card driver bugs on MacOS 10.10.
Apple is aware of these bugs and working on solutions.

Should have thought of trashing the prefs! That worked fine, I have saved the prefs file, so let me know how to get it to you.
