Lightroom: Adobe.com - Broken Link "Video import hangs or files don't import. (Windows 64-bit)"

The link in "Troubleshoot video issues in Lightroom 4" http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/931/cpsid_93... is broken. Since video is non-functional in my LR4 upgrade this is frustrating. Thanks.

Lowell, do you have DivX installed? We've heard some reports that a DivX component can cause problems with Lightroom (and other software we've tested, so not just Lightroom). Try uninstalling DivX and see if the video import works in Lightroom. Please post back with your results either way. If it isn't the DivX problem you're running into, I may want to gather some additional data from you.
