Hi, I've been using Photoshop for almost 20 years, and I've always had great luck with the brighness/contrast controls. In the latest version on Adobe Creative Cloud, whenever I have more than a few photos in the artboard, and I try to rasterize a photo, then use brighness contrast, the entire Photoshop application locks up. I'm using a brand new macbook pro 19 with 32GB ram, etc, so I don't think it's a hardware problem. Is this a known issue?

Hey Abraham,

that's probably related to this discussion:

TLDR: Known workaround for now is to disable rulers, so they say. Maybe it will help in your case.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I can confirm that disabling rulers allows Brightness/Contrast to work as intended. Another workaround would be to use an adjustment layer. But this is annoying - such a basic feature!

Thank you so much to those who replied! Disabling rulers allows b/c to work, and also moving the b/c modal outside the photoshop window works!
