here's a simple test script that shows the problem:

(function(){
var thumb = app.document.visibleThumbnails[0];
var bmp = thumb.core.thumbnail.thumbnail;
var tmp = new File(Folder.temp.fullName+"/test0.jpg");
bmp.exportTo(tmp);
var dbox = new Window("dialog", "Image Test");
dbox.add("image", [0, 0, bmp.width, bmp.height], tmp);
dbox.show();
}());

With CS5 the window appears, with CS6 it crashes on line 7 (dbox.add)

It would be nice if the Bridge team would acknowledge these problems.
They still haven't fixed bugs reported 12 months ago.
