Bridge has disappeared from my install and does not start from inside Photoshop.

Are you on Mac or Windows? It's not in the Applications or Programs folder at all? If it's not in Applications or Programs, did you try and reinstall?

Windows 8. But, lo and behold, Bridge has re-appeared and now works fine. The icon disappeared entirely from the program list. The Adobe Applications Manager showed all programs installed, but also didn't list Bridge. The crop icon also has disappeared from Photoshop and has not re-appeared. I'm entirely new to Ps using the trial version. I love the program so far, but technical support seems to be lacking.

Do you have a different tool selected in the same slot? If you click and hold in this tool slot, you should see the crop tool:

That was the problem with the crop tool. Thank you. I suspect the Bridge problem might be related to the recent install of Windows 8. I've had trouble logging in to this site, and haven;t been able to respond sooner.
