Bridge CS6 constantly re-caching layered tifs

In WIndows 7, if you point Bridge CS6 to a folder containing layered tif files, Bridge will repeatedly re-cache those files each time the Bridge window is activated, or each time you navigate to a new folder containing layered tifs.

If you disable tif support in Camera Raw preferences, the re-caching will not happen.

Bridge CS5 and prior versions did not re-cache layered tifs. I suggest the behavior in Bridge CS6 is unnecessary, and thus is a "bug."

this was driving me nuts as most of my files are layered tifs!
Thanks so much for pointing this out!
