Did you install CC 2014 then uninstall CC?
If so, an installer glitch removed files used by both versions. Reinstalling CC 2014 will restore the files.

I have uninstalled CC 2014 via utilities - Adobe uninstall, however Creative Cloud tells me that CC 2014 is still installed (it isn't) and is up to date.
