Bridge cc keeps freezing. I've uninstalled it, purged cache, preferences, updated graphics card and all that I can think of and have read but nothing works. Bridge cs6 (not cc) worked perfectly. Can anyone please help???

What version of the OS? Is there any pattern to when it freezes? Did Bridge CC ever work correctly?

Thank you for replying, OS is windows 8.1. Bridge hasn't worked properly since I installed it. Sometimes it freezes on opening other times it happens when I am working on other folders of photographs. If I leave it, it will eventually unfreeze but when navigating again through folders it freezes again. In the event viewer it states: The program Bridge.exe version 6.0.1.6 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Action Center control panel.

I have also created a dump file if that is of any use. As I said before I have purged the cache and all the above but to no avail.

In the meantime, you might want to uninstall it, remove anything in the Bridge folder in Program Files/Adobe/Bridge folder, then reinstall it....
