Is the question "Does Elements 11 come with Bridge?"

Then the answer is "no" as it comes with the Elements 11 Organizer.

If the questions is, can you use Elements with a copy of Bridge that came with another product, you can associate files in Bridge to open in Elements.

Hey Jeffrey,

Sorry my question was confusing.

I have PSE 11 with the Organizer. I was wondering if I can download a copy of Bridge and tie it into PSE? And...are there free older versions of Bridge? And if so....would they work as well?

There aren't any free versions of Bridge. An older version, if you you owned one, could would allow you browser images and open them in Elements. The Camera Raw versions wouldn't be compatible.

Lightroom 4, would have a compatible version of Camera Raw with Elements, and Elements could be specified as the external editor for Lightroom. (Lightroom is an extremely powerful catalog/organizational tool if you have a lot of images to manage)

This video series, despite covering LR 3 and PSE 10, may be helpful:
