Bridge writes wrong metadata

Lately, maybe just for a few days (I hope) bridge has been writing wrong lensdata and timedata to xmp files.
This means that I no longer can sort my pictures by created date, og filer by lens(Thats how I found out).

It can be enougt just to ad a label, and the wrong date appears.

I need this solved, and I need a solution for the raw(nef) files with wrong metadata, that doesn't include deleting all metadata and start over....

Hi Lunah,

Can you be more specific? Exactly what values is Bridge writing, and exactly what value did you expect instead? What actions in Bridge cause this to happen. If you could provide files that are examples of a file before this happens and after this happens, I think that would help us get to the bottom of it.

Thank you,
David

Hi David.
I did not found any solution, or any reason for the problem with bridge writing wrong metadata into my files
I reinstalled my os, and I think(and hope!!) it has not happended since.
I did spend many hours fixing the metadata manually in the xmp files, so I do not have any wrong files left. Sorry.
I would have liked to help solving this issue :)
