Bridge Libraries Panel Not Loading

When launching Bridge the first time the Library Panel fails to connect most of the time showing a message that essentially states I need to be connected to my Adobe CC account to access my Library. However, Bridge says I'm logged in. I can correct this in one of two ways:

1) Log off my CC account within Bridge and log in again, or
2) Dismiss Bridge and relaunch it again.

Either approach seems to restore the connection most of the time. I see the same behavior whether I am already logged into my CC account through the desktop CC app before launching Bridge for the first time. I know there have been issues with initialization of the Library Panel reported before but this behavior seems a bit different from the reports I've been able to locate so far. Photoshop 2.0.4 works fine; the Library panel initializes under all conditions described earlier.

Has anyone seem similar behavior?

Thanks for bringing up Adobe Bridge. I manage 4 Macs and Bridge is, at best, barely stable in all 4 systems. The problem you describe is one of many that plague the app. In my view, Bridge is -and has been since day one- the very worse, by far, app Adobe offers. If Extensis had not turned Portfolio into a work-group, hyper-expensive app, I'd still be using it. Ironically perhaps, even though Portfolio and Bridge are first cousins -if not brothers- Bridge does not measure up to its relative, not by a LONG shot. Now, back to discussing Photoshop ...

After reading Andres' reply I noticed I failed to mention my OS. It's Win 7 SP1 64 bit fully up to date. Luckily I have not experienced many of the other Bridge issues some have reported. In any event it does appear Bridge problems are largely OS agnostic.
