Hello this is still about Adobe Bridge not responding. My system is Windows 7. I updated my Photoshop CS6 to 13.0.1.3. Bridge is 5.0.2.4. It downloaded the pictures once after i made the uploads, then blocked again. Now i really do not know what to do. This is rather urgent as I have a file to prepare for a selection. Thank you for your help. Marie

Bridge CS6 hasn't had an update since May 2012.
Are you confusing the recent Camera Raw update with a Bridge update?

And what do you mean download and upload? Where are you downloading from and uploading to?

Hello Chris Thank you for your reply. I mean updating. I went into Product update from Photoshop Support Center and checked the updates for Photoshop (done), Bridge (latest update for 5.0.2; I have 5.1.2.4 so i left it as it is) and Camera Raw ( I have 9.0.0.414; the latest update is for 7.1, so i left it as it is).
I have a feeling this may have happened after the last automatic Windows update. There is an icon suggesting I should get Windows 10 now. Could this be blocking the program to put pressure on me to buy?
Is this info of any help to you?

No idea, I haven't heard from anyone else with that problem. But Microsoft generally won't block software like that. And Microsoft wouldn't be telling you to buy Windows 10 now - it's still a few months away from release.

Have you run anti-malware utilities (updated of course) lately?

That's a good idea. Will do and let you know about it.
Thanks.
