Bridge: Giving me a message saying my Camera Raw isn't enabled. Needs a license.

When in Bridge, I try to open an image in Camera Raw, I get this message:
Camera Raw Editing is not enabled
CR editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed.
All the products are up to date, Full license for PS, Lightroom, Bridge.  I have uninstalled everything, redid prefs, nothing changed.   NOW if I double click on the image it will open in CR, I just can't use the command R or the icons in Bridge.  Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Don

Sounds like maybe you are not logged into your account in the CC app. AFAIK, Bridge is now a free product, so it will run even if you are not logged in. But Camera Raw is not free and so you need to be logged in to use it.

Yes. Try signing out of the Creative Cloud desktop app and log back in. Launch Photoshop and then launch Bridge. Let us know if that doesn't work.

Thank you for your time.  We logged out, back in, restarted everything.  I had the Adobe cust serv rep signed on to the computer.  He did it all too.  I lifted my right foot when I logged back in, that didn't help either.   Again, thanks for the ideas.  If I double click on the image I don't get the message, and it opens CR right away.  Makes no sense.   I will just double click from now on.
Thanks,
Don

I also have PS CC and pay a monthly subscription. I am having exactly the same problem as Don. Except worse!! Happened virtually over night. I cannot access camera raw at all... the double click doesnt work.
When you say " launch" do you simply mean  "  log " ? .

also ..How do you log in to Camera Raw?

Log out and in on the Creative Cloud app, not Camera Raw. This does not sound like the same issue however, because a message that you need a license is quite different from not working at all when you double click a raw file.
