Bridge doesn't display preview images correctly

Adobe bridge display engine will not display the same depth of color as in ACR or PSCC15 This is a crucial issue as I sell images to in house clients via bridge. I should be able to rely on the bridge preview as a correct interpretation of the image. Not a guess as to what it will look like in ACR or PSCC.

Bridge doesn't do as much color management as Photoshop, ACR, or Lightroom. At this time, it basically converts everything to sRGB, so high saturation colors from Adobe RGB or ProPhotoRGB may be lost.

In the years that I have been using PS and Bridge I can't recall this type of behavior. And frankly hard pressed to pin down a date when I noticed the change. What version was the reduction in Bridge's preview capacity implemented?

That behavior has been the same since Bridge 1.0.

Humm perhaps with the advance in digital technology i.e. Higher dynamic range capabilities of modern cameras, Adobe is falling behind. And really? Br's cabilities have not upgraded since Version 1? Before LR Bridge was the solution. I've been with PS since 3.0. Strange I am only noticing this.

How difficult would it be to give Bridge a decent display engine? Not everyone is a LR fan.

Yes, that part of Bridge has not changed since 1.0.
