I have installed Photoshop, Bridge and Lightroom CC on a new Desktop Computer.
Everything works, except Bridge. I can start the Programm, but if I want to open a specific Folder, Bridge Ends with the message, that a "Problem has occured. I can access this specific Folder, containing all my Pictures, with every other Program, such as Photoshop, Lightroom or Irfan view. On my old Computer with Windows 7 64 there was nor Problem at all. The new Computer has Windows 8.1, 64 bit.
Thanks for your help

Some file in that folder, or something about the Bridge database for that folder is causing a crash in Bridge.

Have you installed all the updates to Bridge (should be on 6.1)?

Solved: seems that Bridge default setting do not consider MP4 or others video associations , so if the folder you are trying to open contains movie extension that are not assigned in the Bridge settings file association do it.
It seems unaccetable that window let crash the program because of this.
When developer of Bridge will make the message to handle this exception will be appreciated by the user...
Thank you for the help.
Regards.
