Bridge CS6 "stoped working" but opens fine under non admin user

I can open Bridge CS6 under my Husbands user account (win7) but it will not open when I am logged on as Admin. I have found that everyone that has an issue opening Bridge is having the OPPOSITE problem I am. I have done the following : Reinstalled, updated, changed security settings, ctrl & click, uninstalled a bunch of stuff. PLEASE HELP!!! window pops up says Bridge CS6 has stopped working.

You mean it crashed?
What does the detailed crash report say? (check the windows system event viewer)

Unfortunately, that crash report doesn't tell us anything useful. (Windows is lacking in crash reporting ability, sadly)

yes I agree! crazy that It will work if I log onto my computer as a guest , but not as Admin. I am going nuts trying to figure this out!
